RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Clear photo or video proof may be required so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including personal wear, intimate items, used products, sale items, and gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may request a return and place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
